3rd child, 2cm dilated, 30% effaced, how much longer?

I am 37 wks 2 days.... my other two children were born 2 mths and 1 mth early, i had to be induced with them and didn't labor on my own, this is my 3rd child and i feel like i have been in labor for 2 months! I have went to the hospital atleast once every 2 weeks, they notice i am having real contractions regular, and they gave me trabutaline to stop labor and sent me home. I went to the doc 2 days ago becasue i was bleeding and he said i didn't have an infection or anything and the blood wasn't coming from my urine (still no explantion of where it's coming from), and then he checked me and said i was 2 cm dilated and 30% effaced (the same i have been for a month now) I hurt every day with contraction-like pains and i am wondering how long unitl i should be in labor, or when should i go to the hospital? i don't want to be sent home again, but i don't want to have this baby at home either!
