Possible strep throat help?

I woke up yesterday with the worst sore throat in my entire life...not kidding. So I went to the doctor. Instant strep came back negative, but every since coming back from the doctors, my neck has ballooned in size. My throat hurts so bad. I can't swallow food (the last time I ate was at 11 am yesterday) drinking takes a lot of work, but so far I can still breathe. I've been taking pseudoephedrine for congestion and I was taking aleve for the pain, but I ran out plus it wasn't working that well. Now the only pain reliever left in the house is Celebrex, which I have taken, to no help. I can barely move my neck left and right and I can hardly hear. What im really afraid of though is that if my throat culture comes back positive I wont know until at least tomorrow because the doctor is closed today. I looked at my throat, and it does have that white and red yucky stuff on it...but Im not a doctor. What else can I do to help?
