How wonderful is it to see Obama enacting mandatory community service for all US teens for at least 1 month?

No video games, cell phones, texting, , beer or drugs. Just a shovel the great outdoors & a lot of exercise. Kind of reminds me of the Hitler Youth back in the 1930s.
