I want to be a surrogate for my mom who had a partial hysterectomy can the doctor take an egg from her?

I have a feeling that the baby will look more like me and my step dad than my mom and her husband. Me and my mom look alot alike and we have the same blood type and all. i know i'm most compatible to be a surrogate for my mom.
