If Rawana would be incarneted again would he plan to commit an offence of abducting another lady like Sita?

I think that he will not commit another offence of abducting a lady like Sita.Actually ,that was an Experimentation of Examining the Strength of Virtues represented by Ram and Evils by himself through his own daughter Sita.Sita was Rawana's Daughter.
