I am interested in the Anglican Church?

I want to know where the anglicanism and catholicism are similar? why do anglicans accept gay people as bishops? I am gay but I want to know their reasons.. I agree with Anglicanism in accepting gays as members of the church but many christians say it's contrary to the Bible, also as a roman catholic.. I disagree with woman as a priest, even I believe the woman can be part of the m but not the consecration, why do anglicans say they are similar catholics? if anglicans don't venerate saints or they don't have statues as a roman catholic, I have seen some anglican temples are similar to catholics but I don't find the same devotion to saints as catholic do and the veneration of Mary as Mother of God and many other traditions.. the Anglican church that I know in my country MX.. I have found many websites but either of them are in my town.. many anglican churches in mexico but some of them look different to another ? why? what is the real anglican church? what is the low, the high, the broad church? what kind of church is the england church?
