How can I save or make a Microsoft Word doent as an image in good quality?

I have tried a few virtual printers, but they all have bad quality and have the background image as a small tiled image instead of covering the entire page. I also have too many problems when trying it as a PSD file, so I need it saved as an image. (I know about the Print Screen on, but it's a newsletter with multiple pages, so that doesn't work very well).
