How much per sq foot would an average 3 stall garage cost?

We already have the concrete slab, the electric is already right inside the connecting corner(it will be connecting for a small portion to add a door inside, no finish inside, 2 stall door and a one stall door most likely, all with openers. The roof would be a quarter roof in front and back would be a three quarter roof to match the pitch on the house. The siding would not be included nor would insulation as we would have that done separately with house. No plumbing, just basic electric no 220 hookup. No landscaping. Thanks, I live in Iowa near des moines. I would have a contractor as resale value for diy stuff is not so good here lol
