Is this a good Koa'ki Meiru deck?

Well,for starters i dont think its very good( i don't like koaki meiru , but ur deck is good )....second of all ur missing all the staples like mirror force and lightning vortex.overall ur good. but from my view this is a no tournament use deck.i would easily stomp over this deck with my improved starter deck.
