Recipes from Shaka/Da Hawaiian Grinds?

So, I absolutely fell in love with this restaurant in Santee, CA called Da Grinds Hawaiian Food, formerly Shaka's Hawaiian Grinds, and they went out of business. I am hoping that someone will be able to give me any recipes that were on their menu. I especially loved their chicken, I would call it teryaki, but I'm not sure if that is what it is considered (I already have the recipe for chicken katsu) Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED.
