Did I go mental today? How can i tell ?

this morning i felt really crazy, then i went to college chemistry cl and was working on a lab report and had only 1 hour to finish and my mind became really dull and i felt almost high on something, i couldn't think and i told the girl sittin next to me "i think i just went insane" she said calm down, then i finally started to relax, i wanted to ask her to take me to the hospital but i am scared to go to the hospital. what was that all about ?? i also think my studies is just too much for me too handle (prepharmacy, taking chemistry and biology), should i change my study to something easier?
