i was trying to put a condom on and i wanna ask that the foreskin comes over the condom or the condom comes over the foreskin bec my foreskin does not go all the way down,like for eg i have a 7 inc so it only goes arnd 3 ind down.so pls tell me what to do?i have tried lubricants
