My parent's anniversary is coming up and i want to cook them a really nice 3 course dinner ((:?

I want to cook them kind of an up-scale fancier dinner...for the first course i was kind of thinking salad so if you have any good salad ideas i would appreciate it...but if you have any other ideas for appetizers that would be great as well! I also need ideas for the 2nd course...I can pretty much do anything except for grilling because I'm only 13....but I have lots of experience in the kitchen! For the 3rd course i was planning on baking something so if you have any ideas.....thanks so much in advance!! i dont need the recipes or anything because i can look them up online...just the ideas would be great ((: i'm also really open to ethnic and oriental dishes!!!
