"maximuscle" protien shakes ?

When strange things start happening to your body (such as diarrhea), that means you need to stop doing those things. I too eat quite a bit of protein because I weight lift. In the past, I ate too much protein. I would fart all the time and take like 2-3 shits a day. Eat less protein. Find a shake or bar with less protein. I would recommend 30 g tops. Also, make sure you eat/drink it right after working out for best effects. Count how many grams of protein you eat a day. Try to lower that by at least 30-50 g. Less, if you still have severe problems. You don't want to build muscle and sacrifice your kidneys. Trust me, your body will thank you in the long run. Good luck.
